American-Nigerian singer, Jidenna, recently responded in an open letter to his ‘light-skinned’ controversial comment where he said:
“light-skinned are more likely to be kidnapped than dark skinned people”

The singer received so much criticims for the statement and Hollywood-Based Nigerian Film Producer/Director, Pascal Atuma has now taken it upon himself to defend Jidenna.
Speaking at the set of “The House Of Commons,” the filmmaker said: “Nigerians should learn how to celebrate fellow Nigerians instead of looking for a way to tear them down. The young man who by the way have carried the name of Nigeria in a positive light just answered a question and gave account of his experience as a child which is part of his history and you want to bash him for that? Come on people, learn to appreciate and celebrate your own instead of destroying them. If he committed an offense then I will understand , but in this case he didn’t and Nigerians both home and abroad should celebrate his success and give him all the support necessary instead of trying to bring him down”
Asked about their Youtube show the “House of Commons”, he said “We (Enyi Osuji, LD Damola , Iyke Steele Onuoha and I) got together last year and created the show and we are very happy the way it is going. You can see from these few videos that the fans are already with us.”
We also posted the a Hilarious video showing the House of Commons singing Jidenna’s song “CLASSIC MAN” in a bid to show him some love and support as Fellow Nigerians. (Click HERE to watch)
