A few weeks ago, we reported that the The Nigerian Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) was investigating Davido for allegedly showing off hard drugs in the Fans Mi video which features Meek Mill. Click here if you missed it!
Encomium magazine however reports in their latest edition that Mitchell Otufoyeju, the head of public relations at NDLEA claims that if Davido is found guilty of promoting drugs in his new video, the HKN boss risks facing a jail term of 15 years, saying:
‘Legally, he risks 15 years imprisonment. The NDLEA Act section 14 sub section A states that anyone who incites, promises, or induces any other person by any means whatsoever to commit any of the offences under the NDLEA Act is liable.’
