6:10AM. Work in progress. Far from the target but I’m going all in.I hate#Gyms. I run to feel wild n free. My routine is a 13km run round the estate. 200 sit ups on the AB Rocket. 40 (2sets) on the Marine PushUp Device. 10 mins on Kata n Martial Arts. The Fusion of the Mind n Body becomes one.
