A Tennessee couple recently visited Dolly Parton’s Dollywood Theme Park for entertainment but instead got a shocking and traumatizing experience that resulted in the woman suffering brain damage and several broken bones, TMZ reports.
Tedi and Derryl Brown have already filed a lawsuit which states that when Tedi went on the “Waltzing Swinger” ride, a huge, revolving swing, she slipped from her seat and fell on the concrete from a height of almost 10 feet. The woman was quite lucky because the fall did not lead to her death, however, she sustained multiple injuries including broken bones and a more serious lasting brain damage.
Moreover, according to the pair, the park totally ignored the rainy weather condition on that day and the “slippery” surfaces, thereby turning their ride into a “death trap”. The couple are demanding a compensation of $475K for personal injuries and emotional distress.
