Titilayo Oyinbo, an American Journalism major, whose real name is Cara Harshman, received a lot of media buzz over the internet while she was at the University of Ibadan, Nigeria for an Exchange program sponsored by the University of Wisconsin-Madison during which she was able to put into practise her knowledge of one of Nigerian’s most popular language ‘Yoruba’.
Golden Icons caught up with her at a Nigeria restaurant ‘Flavours Cuisine’ while she was visiting her uncle in Houston. Below is a clip showing Titilayo and her family eating Nigeria food including pounded yam (Iyan)
